On Sunday, August 6th, morning worship will take place at the Retreat Center. The worship service which begins at 10AM will include the celebration of the Lord’s supper with picnic to follow. All food, tableware, and beverages will be provided.

Help prepare, serve, and/or clean up for the St. Thomas Breakfast program. August 7-11, 4 needed @ 7AM and 4 additional people needed @ 8AM finish by 10:30AM 
Singers entering grades 1 through 8 this fall are invited to attend. Bring your friends! A week of music, friendship and fun! We learn a musical show in one week and perform it on Friday evening! Get a copy of "Waking Up White" by Debby Irving, available from most libraries, booksellers and in the church parlor. Read the book over the summer, consider and answer the questions at the end of each chapter. Join with others for a potluck and discussion on August 23. |

Stuff-A-Bus is a partnership event with CityLinC. It covers a 3 week period. The first two weeks, activities take place in the Fellowship Hall at various times as donations arrive and backpacks are ready to be stuffed. The final week, backpacks are delivered to area elementary schools. For 2017 volunteers are needed August 21-31 Weeks… |
