Laundry Love is a new ministry for St. Thomas beginning on September 26, 2023. Volunteers from St. Thomas will be present at the Finish Line Laundromat at 20th & Territorial one Tuesday each week. Volunteers assist laundry customers and pay for their laundry as well as have conversations. The ministry seeks to bring economic relief by giving the individual or family the option to redirect funds toward food, medical, gas or transportation costs as well as other basic, everyday necessities.

In addition to being funded by St. Thomas, the Bishop Whittemore Foundation supported the project with a $10,000 grant. Questions should be director the ministry's coordinator, the Rev. Trish Harris, at deacon@stthomasbc.org.
