Jodine became Director of Music Ministries in April of 2017, but she has been friends with First Presbyterian since 2005 when she played piano with the Praise Team as a volunteer for two years. Her bachelor's in Sacred Music is from North Central University in Minneapolis, MN. She also has a bachelor's in Elementary Education from Miller College in Battle Creek, and a master's in Education from Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids. Jodine teaches General Music at Climax-Scotts Elementary, and she has taught piano lessons for many years. She is a voracious Bible reader. In the summer, Jodine likes to design and build stained glass windows. Her favorite candy is Whoppers, and her favorite ice cream flavor is mint chocolate chip.
