Within her study\, she invites us to ‘‘consider Jesus and his disciples who shared the Good News through sacred encounters with everyday people.’’ \nWomen’s circles at First Church are a wonderful way to seek fellowship and service at First Church.

Those who like to knit or crochet make baby caps and/or Prayer Shawls; non- sewers can help in matching and cutting fabric for projects\, along with sandwiching & tying quilts; sewers are needed to stitch walker totes and prepare the baby and lap quilt tops for finishing. \nSew-n-Sews to Go (SnS2Go) is available for those who can’t join us on Thursdays but would like to be involved with this ministry. \nDonations of material and/or money are always appreciated. We welcome and are open to new ideas and places that might have a need we can meet. \nYou are welcome to come on the 2nd and/or 4th Thursday as often as your schedule allows. At the end of our work session (11:45ish)\, many bring their own lunch and then share a wonderful dessert provided by a member.\nQuestions? Those who like to knit or crochet make baby caps and/or Prayer Shawls; non- sewers can help in matching and cutting fabric for projects\, along with sandwiching & tying quilts; sewers are needed to stitch walker totes and prepare the baby and lap quilt tops for finishing. \nSew-n-Sews to Go (SnS2Go) is available for those who can’t join us on Thursdays but would like to be involved with this ministry. \nDonations of material and/or money are always appreciated. We welcome and are open to new ideas and places that might have a need we can meet. \nYou are welcome to come on the 2nd and/or 4th Thursday as often as your schedule allows. At the end of our work session (11:45ish)\, many bring their own lunch and then share a wonderful dessert provided by a member.\nQuestions? DESCRIPTION:First Pres is offering the opportunity for us to gather for fun\, food and fellowship on the third Sunday of each month AFTER CHURCH in Fellowship Hall. Fill out the orange card you’ll find in the pews with your name\, the number in your party\, and your choice of sandwich(es). Our selections will be gluten free\, vegetarian\, and meat. The cost is $10 per person (or $25 per family). Beverages will be provided. Just fill out the orange card and drop it into the offering plate by the second Sunday of each month.
