Palm Sunday & “Goodbye Pastor Wicks”

Palm Sunday begins Holy Week. During this week, we remember how, out of his great love for us, Christ gave his life to redeem us. Palm Sunday begins with the crowds greeting Jesus as he entered Jerusalem with waving palm branches and shouts of joy, “Hosanna… Hosanna in the highest.” Paradoxically, we all know how this story ends.  There is no joy of Easter without Good Friday.

We invite you to worship with us on Palm Sunday (& every Sunday!).  Our “One Great Hour of Sharing” offering will be dedicated at this service.

Please note:  On this day, we will be saying goodbye to Pastor Mike Wicks, our transition pastor for the past twenty-eight months. We will host a farewell reception following the service. (There will be a spot for cards if you wish to bring one.)
