Free Health Fair For All Age Groups

Volunteers from our church will assist the medical team on the Synod of the Covenant  Mobile Health

Fair Ministry Van as screenings are done for Height and Weight, Hearing, Vision, Blood Pressure, Pulmonary Function, Glucose and Basic Skin Check. Grace Health will do dental screenings. Referral will be made for those participants who require further medical attention. School Sport Physicals will be done. Health care resource materials will be available. Each family (or Singles) will receive a Health Kit and a light meal when they have completed the health screenings. Games, Activities, Food and prizes will in the parking area. Many community agencies and organizations are involved with this outreach event for the families, friends, neighbors and  community of First Presbyterian Church.

Many volunteers are needed for the Health Fair and the outside activities.  We will be collecting the following items for the Health Kits:

• Washcloths
• Chap Stick
• Deodorant
• Bar of soap
• Dental Floss
• Toothbrush and Toothpaste – 6.4 oz.
• Shampoo – 15 fl. oz (or close)
• Conditioner – 15 fl. oz (or close)
• Inexpensive kid’s items for prizes
